thoughts

I don’t mind when people forget my birthday.

Its not such a big deal, its just a birthday and your adding one more year to the current figure you have so i guess if someone said happy new year i can take it that he/she also meant happy birthday. I think this would help the girls a lot since it would be more like saying happy birthday on your second 18th or 19th or 20th birthday, because this time the person will not ask how old are you.

To everyone that did not give up on me, I finally fell in love and she’s feeling my love. She still doesn’t believe that am in love with her because she read the post but some where in her girlish heart; I know that she believes me.

If you want to say hi to someone you haven’t said hi to in ages or want to visit someone you promised you would, or had a fight with some one a while back and it was your fault and you still haven’t said your are sorry or even if it wasn’t your fault but you do miss the person and a beep from you could break the silence but you are still thinking about it. Or you were meant to take her/him out or buy her/him a gift or haven’t paid the person that you owe for over a month now, or you were meant to post it last week but its still in your cabinet or saved, or you haven’t greeted your mum, dad, sister, brother or haven’t seen them,

You better do it now, because life is too short, you never know what tomorrow may bring.

farewell

Why must life take away the good ones?

the vibrant, outgoing, loveable, the lone children, the great minds, the kind, the ......list is endless.

It takes the future of our world, the great minds that will help our world. The classmates that were not only the best but the kindest, honest loving of all. The ones that asked, what's wrong when you were down, the same ones that helped you with the impossible numbers,

the ones that passed the ball to you to score cleanly and every girl would shout out your name.

They were your alibis in unanswerable situations, where no one would believe you, or where you are guilty but because they said they were with you, the judge would smile and would ok it because they said they were with you because they were never gulity of anything.

The same people that had so many problems but they would still smile and say "ahhhh its nothing, God is in control", and it was something worrying to you.

They were the same people that were loved by everyone, they had this stamp of "you must love me" on their backs and it was automatic. They had answers to every problem. They were thinkers. They passed with high grades that astonished lecturers and their teachers that you just had to surrender your job, or ask for their help in certain fields. They were the people that would have made us ministers( of maybe disaster and preparedness) one day when they would be in power. Even Chogam, New oil in bulisa, NRM( these guys have a way of tapping great minds), Schools, Church kept on following them, keeping records of their life.

On sunday we burried on of them.

The whole world knew Muwagga Edward, in Mengo we called him genius. He died in an accident on saturday morning that claimed four technology students, that were going to a burial of a friend's father in ntugamo.

Edward never made it to the hospital. The driver(a fellow student) lost control of the car and ......they crashed.

Edward had just lost his younger brother George exactly a month back to an illness that killed him in a short time. The sunday edward was burried was supposed to be the sunday they were meant to go as a family to finish up the cementing of the brother's grave.

The mom......i just had no words for her, but she told us to pray for her, to really pray for her.

Muwagga Edward was the brightest or most clever, or wisest (whatever you may call it) person i have ever known. He saw maths as a toy, books were just books to him, fun. He was not a book worm, thats what i didnt get about him. He was free.

He loved and cared for everyone, he would check on you when you least expect him to. I dont know how he managed his time but he never cancelled appointments, and was ever punctual. He was in several things, everything and he was always the leader.

He was a lectuerer and a third year student. The list is endless.

I kept on asking God Why?

but at church, the headmaster of mengo ss said that everyone has a role to play in life and if he/she is taken then thier they would have finished their assignment, what they came to do. Its not a wasted life or a short life, his life and role on earth had come to an end.

Someone at the lumbe said that in this time when we are sorrowful we should look again in our hearts, and we shall see that in truth we are weeping for that which has been our delight.

His older sister said that he has left a legacy behind not because he would have made a great einstein or a great philosopher, but his theory of love, for everyone in any situation and his slogan of "there's nothing impossible if you put God and your heart in it".

I will always treasure the happy times we had in this world, he loved me, he loved all of us.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.

farewell Muwagga Edward

my your soul rest in peace.
